Every day Japke can be found in the woods, on the beach or in the dunes for her running or cycling. Since November 2021, Japke became mother of her first child Len and she likes to share with her followers how she combines sports and being a mom.
Travelling has also always been her love and whenever possible she likes to go out with the family. Japke loves to be active but it is even more important to think about relaxation. She pays a lot of attention to healthy food and personal care. A quiet start off the day with good coffee, bathing after an energetic day or an extensive culinary dinner makes her very happy.
Her fans follow her closely and admire her for her beautiful skin, Dutch blonde hair and knowledge of sports and nutrition. But certainly also for her honesty with regard to motherhood and her experiences with it. Besides her big following on instagram Japke shares her life on her personal blog Japkejanneke.nl.
