With over 17 medals, at both world and European championships and twice being named Athlete of the Year on a European as well as Dutch level, Dafne again and again exceeds all expectations. It’s her firm belief that working very hard is the only way to reach the top. Dafne is the epitome of commitment and focus in everything she does.
Even though she travels across the globe on a regular basis, Dafne remains true to her Dutch roots. Worldwide, she is also known as the Flying Dutchwoman.
